Payment via private health insurers

Please note that where I am required to write PDF invoices and liaise with private health insurers such as in the case of WPA, this requires 10 minutes of my time, and as such a £10 surcharge will be added to the initial cost of the first treatment, normal cost for treatments thereafter.

Private Health

Some private health companies cover acupuncture treatments with British Acupuncture Council members. I am registered with:

• Aviva

• WPA

• AXA

• Vitality Health

• Please check in advance with your private health provider to see if your treatment would be covered, I will need your policy number and authorisation code.

Cancellation Policy

We operate with a 24-hour cancellation policy, this means if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will still have to pay for the appointment in full.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, it is unlikely that I will be able to treat you if I have a patient booked in after you. Unless there are exceptional circumstances I will treat it as a cancellation.
